1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase of services from Règne Marketing ("we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing any service (including the Authority Audit, Diagnostic Session, or Retainer), you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Scope of Services

The Authority Audit ($199): A one-time strategic review of specific digital assets provided by the Client. Delivery is in the form of a PDF Scorecard or video review.
The Diagnostic ($500): A strategic analysis and roadmap creation session. This includes data review and a 90-minute consultation.
Retainer Services: Ongoing advisory or implementation services as defined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW).

3. Refund Policy (Strict)

Due to the digital and proprietary nature of our strategic services, the following items are 100% non-refundable once payment is processed:

Immediate Final Sale: The Authority Audit ($199) and Diagnostic Session ($500) are one-time, non-recurring strategic services. Analysis begins immediately upon receipt of your asset data.
No "Cooling Off" Period: By completing the checkout process, you acknowledge that these services constitute "digital content" and "strategic consulting," which are exempt from standard consumer return policies. You waive the right to initiate a credit card chargeback for any completed transaction.
Retainers: For monthly advisory or retainer agreements, we do not offer pro-rata refunds for unused days within a billing cycle. Services are billed in advance and are non-refundable.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

A. For Diagnostic Sessions ($500)

24-Hour Notice Required: You may reschedule your 90-minute Diagnostic Session up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without penalty.
Late Cancellation / No-Show: If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, or fail to join the Zoom call within 10 minutes of the start time ("No-Show"), the session is considered forfeited.
Re-Booking Fee: To book a new session after a forfeiture, a re-booking fee of $150 will apply to compensate for the lost calendar time.

B. For Monthly Retainers

30-Day Written Notice: Clients on recurring retainer agreements must provide a written notice of 30 days to cancel services.
Billing Continuity: Billing will continue through the end of the 30-day notice period. Clients are responsible for payment of all work performed up to the effective cancellation date.

5. No Guarantees of Results

You acknowledge that Règne Marketing provides strategic consulting and "blueprints." We do not guarantee specific financial outcomes, revenue increases, or lead generation numbers. Your results depend entirely on your execution of the strategies provided.

6. Intellectual Property

Our IP: The frameworks, methodologies, and systems (e.g., "The 90-Day Authority System") used to analyze your business remain the intellectual property of Règne Marketing.
Your IP: The specific data, strategies, and roadmaps we create specifically for you become your property upon payment.

7. Confidentiality

We agree to keep all data, revenue figures, and business strategies you share with us strictly confidential. We will not share your internal data with third parties unless required by law.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
